TERMS OF SERVICE
BEST SEO SERVICES provides wide range of software solutions, web development,
Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, Pay Per Click Management
solutions. The following Terms OF Services (TOS) governs all software/ website
Design, software/ Website Development, SEO, Internet Marketing and other
Internet Relates services provided by BEST SEO SERVICES.
Client - An individual, a company, a firm who hires BEST SEO SERVICES to perform
various software/ website Design, software/ Website Development, SEO, Internet
Marketing and other Internet Relates services.
Client has to provide clear specifications for the project. Any changes in the
Requirements once frozen would attract extra charges.
Any Delay in payment would attract 1% per day penalty for numbers of days the
payment remains pending.
BEST SEO SERVICES reserves rights to Disclose their identity and claim success
for the software/ website Design, software/ Website Development, SEO, Internet
Marketing and other Internet Related projects done by BEST SEO SERVICES. BEST
SEO SERVICES reserves right to disclose various projects done in order to secure
more business. In case a client wishes to keep his identity a secret, a separate
NDA has to be signed on Letter Head of the company duly signed by client and
representative of BEST SEO SERVICES. The NDA should be notarized.
BEST SEO SERVICES invests substantial resources in analysis and operations. As a
result NO Payment will not be refunded by BEST SEO SERVICES under any
circumstances. Payment Refunds are sole discretion of management of BEST SEO
SERVICES.
For development projects, all software resources & scripts are exclusively owned
by BEST SEO SERVICES. BEST SEO SERVICES reserves right to sell, modify etc, the
software resources. All data, software, hardware, ideas and information used for
the execution, development and completion of the project/assignments shall be
the sole property of BEST SEO SERVICES.
As Client, You understand that BEST SEO SERVICES is 100% harmless and you agree
to indemnify BEST SEO SERVICES and it's associates in case the rules,
regulations, terms and conditions specified herein are violated at anytime. You
also agree to indemnify BEST SEO SERVICES for you indulging in any activity
mentioned or not mentioned in this contract and is harmful for business
interests for BEST SEO SERVICES.
BEST SEO SERVICES reserves the right to take appropriate action including
prosecution in case of any violation of above rules, regulations, terms and
conditions by you and seek indemnification for the same. Client agrees to
indemnify "Harmless" BEST SEO SERVICES for the business loss due to violation of
any term mentioned in this TERMS OF SERVICE.
A Client cannot claim any sort of indemnification for the work done by BEST SEO
SERVICES.
BEST SEO SERVICES reserves rights to modify/ change or remove any TOS as per
their discretion.
Any disputes arising between client and BEST SEO SERVICES shall fall under
Jurisdiction of Courts of Chandigarh, India Only.
