Scope

We provide SEO, PPC, and related consulting services as described in proposals or statements of work.

Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause services.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to websites, accounts, and assets
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and ad platform policies
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

Limitations

We do not guarantee specific rankings or results. We use commercially reasonable efforts and white-hat practices.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice. Prepaid fees for unused services after cancellation are refunded pro rata.
